Global HR Process Manager

Job Description

You will be managing and overseeing multiple Global HR processes and projects, with SAP Process management as your focus area. Because SAP is our main HR employee data record system for our 30.000 employees, you will have strong cooperation with other HR departments, like the HR, shared service centres (SSC), as well as other functions like the SAP system owners in Finance, BI, IT, and HR Operations. The core of your activities will always be to drive change management on all different levels in the Global HR Community. At one moment you will deliver hands-on support to HR operations, at the other moment you will have a strategic discussion with the CPCO or HR Cluster Directors, and you will write executive summaries.

Requirements

Requirements are:

You need a minimum of seven years of experience as an HR professional and proven experience in the Contact Center (BPO) or correlated business with an understanding of the BPO environment. You will need to have sufficient education and experience in project management methodologies and/or consultancy methodologies and technologies, and familiarity with internationally managed projects across several locations, countries, and time zones.

 

Other requirements are:

  • High level of competence in using Google Suite

  • Good working knowledge of SAP HR

  • Interest in data structures

  • Experience in automation and/or digitization of HR administration processes

  • English: C1 - Effective Operational Proficiency or Advanced.

  • Proven Solid change management skills
