Who are we looking for:

You are someone who handles the day-to-day operations of claims and customer support with confidence both on the phone and in writing. You can grasp complex topics quickly and explain them to customers in a clear, approachable way. You adapt easily to different situations, take ownership of your work, and deliver results both fast and to a high standard. You contribute to internal tasks like analysing user feedback and optimising workflows, bring a collaborative team spirit to everything you do, and play a key role in identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the rollout of new products. 

What you will be doing day to day:

  • Communicating with clients, solving their issues, handling insurance claims, and making decisions about compensation.  
  • Working in a small team according to the German time zone and holiday schedule.  
  • Showing a genuine drive to learn something new every day and keep growing.  

You’ll do great in this role if 

  • You are fluent in German, both written and oral — this is non-negotiable. Please note that our company-wide working language is English. Knowledge of another European language is considered an advantage.  
  • You are an excellent communicator over email and phone, empathetic and able to put yourself in the client’s shoes.  
  • You manage your time effectively across different tasks, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • You see patterns in your work and look for ways to simplify and improve the experience for both yourself and our clients.
  • You think logically and can connect general rules with practical cases in claim handling.
  • You learn quickly and adapt to changes without getting overwhelmed.
