GeniusBet Support Operator

As a GeniusBet Support Operator, you are supporting the customer end-to-end sportsbook platform to secure high-level client service and seamless problem solving with technical expertise. GeniusBet Support Operator will be dealing with inquires that are escalated by GeniusBet customers. You will be in close contact with all the platform development teams to triage and troubleshoot incoming issues and inquiries. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work and learn in a friendly environment alongside dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues. The GeniusBet support team is a newly built team initially active from Monday to Friday with a long-term goal to grow into a support team covering daytime shifts throughout the week.

- Basic knowledge of sports
- Client Service experience
- Very good written and spoken English
- Responsible and dedicated attitude towards tasks
- Strong attention to details
- Basic T-SQL Knowledge
- Degree or good knowledge of IT
