Game Developer

We’re looking for a Roblox Programmer to join our fast-moving live-service studio. You’ll help build high-quality systems, gameplay features, tools, and scalable code for our new and existing experiences. You’ll work alongside designers, artists, and technical leads to bring features from concept to live release.

We welcome both experienced Roblox/Lua developers and strong junior or other programmers who can learn Lua quickly.

Even if you don't have Roblox experience, we welcome any interested party along with applications and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop gameplay systems, tools, UI, and backend logic in Roblox Lua

• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and project leads

• Implement clean, optimized, maintainable code suitable for live-service games

• Debug, profile, and improve performance across devices

• Contribute ideas to game design, UX flow, and technical solutions

• Support feature updates, events, and live-service improvements

• Follow internal coding standards and maintain good documentation
