- Full-Stack Developer with a passion for generative AI
- Executive Assistant / Project Manager to oversee various aspects of our operations.
Location:
Tallinn office (Tatari tn 64, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia). Partial remote work available.
Full-Stack Developer for Generative AI (Python/JS):
- Develop and maintain web applications using Python, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Work with generative AI models, including various LLMs and Stable Diffusion, and be adept at crafting effective prompts.
- Efficiently work with Docker for application deployment and management.
- Maintain and optimize server and database environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI technology and continuously enhance skills.
Executive Assistant / Project Manager:
- Provide executive assistance to the CEO, handling scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist in HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery and quality of projects across various domains, and smooth communication with clients.
- Oversee our application stack, including ClickUp/Asana, Slack, Google Docs, SOPs, ticketing, and task management systems.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members, both in-office and remote.
- Supervise marketing and advertising projects to align with company goals.
Requirements
Full-Stack Developer for Generative AI:
- Proven experience in full-stack development, especially with Python and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of system administration, including experience with Docker.
- Experience and interest in working with AI models and skilful in AI prompting.
- Solid understanding of database management and web application architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in English.
- Experience with mobile development (e.g., Flutter) is beneficial but not required.
- Junior to mid-level experience.
Executive Assistant / Project Manager:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable in managing application stacks like ClickUp/Asana, Slack, and Google Docs.
- Proficient in English; a decent command of the Estonian language is beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as ChatGPT, as well as web development and marketing strategies, is preferred.
