Front Office Manager – Schlössle Hotel, Tallinn

Schlössle Hotel, a distinguished 5-star luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Tallinn's Old Town and a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, is looking for a passionate and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team.

With just 23 individually designed rooms and suites, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, personalised service, where genuine hospitality, attention to detail and memorable guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and develop the Front Office team, fostering a positive and professional working environment.

• Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures and an exceptional guest experience throughout every stay.

• Maintain and continuously improve our luxury service standards.

• Personally engage with guests, anticipate their needs and ensure that every guest feels genuinely welcomed and valued.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism, confidence and care.

• Manage team schedules, training, performance and daily task allocation.

• Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.

• Ensure accurate handling of reservations, billing, payments and administrative procedures.

• Support hotel management in achieving operational goals, guest satisfaction targets and overall hotel performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being present, leading by example and creating extraordinary guest experiences together with their team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in Front Office operations within a 4- or 5-star hotel, preferably in a supervisory or management position.

• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and a natural ability to make guests feel special.

• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and enjoys motivating, supporting and developing a team.

• Has excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Is confident, proactive, detail-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure.

• Has an excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Estonian and other languages are considered an advantage.

• Is comfortable working with hotel property management systems; experience with MEWS is an advantage.

• Takes ownership, demonstrates initiative and leads by example.

• Understands the importance of discretion, professionalism and personalised service in a luxury hotel environment.
