Job Description

Are you passionate about UI and creating value through front-end development?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with the UI team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective UI designs using Angular and VanillaJS;
  • Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces, adhering to best practices and industry standards;
  • Write clean, maintainable and efficient code while ensuring high performance and scalability;
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and integrate UI components with server-side logic;
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the UI components;
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Angular development and implement them in our projects;
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and product owners, to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Angular and experience in developing complex web applications using Angular frameworks;
  • High level of vanilla JavaScript proficiency, with knowledge of modern ECMAScript standards;
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, with ability to write clean, modular, well-documented code and tests;
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating UI components with back-end services;
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to create interfaces that work seamlessly across multiple devices and platforms;
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and experience working in an Agile development environment;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Technology stack: Angular 16HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Web Components), CSS3, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift
