Front-End Developer

Amandus Communication is looking for a front-end developer to join our small, highly skilled team and play a key role in building modern, state-of-the-art corporate websites and digital platforms for well-known clients. You’ll also help evolve our own Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) platform, shaping both our client projects and our internal product.

We are an agile, low-bureaucracy company with short decision paths and close collaboration, with offices in Tallinn and Stockholm.

Most of our clients are publicly listed companies, and our work focuses on investor relations, IPOs, and corporate communication - where quality, performance, and attention to detail truly matter.

• Craftsmanship: You have an obsessive eye for detail and pride yourself on delivering 1:1 implementations from Figma designs. You don't just copy the layout; you proactively suggest sophisticated animations and micro-interactions to elevate the user experience.

• WordPress Engineering: You are comfortable working deep within the WordPress ecosystem. Your daily work will focus on building complex, high-performance views using our custom-tailored WordPress template engine.

• Architecture: You bring a lead mindset to the codebase. You will help evolve our frontend pipeline (Git, build tools) to achieve faster project setups and smoother deployments. You are proficient at quickly auditing a repository to grasp the big picture, establishing clear coding rules, and communicating technical improvements to the team.

• CSS: Expert-level command of modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid) and extensive experience structuring projects with SCSS and TailwindCSS.

• JavaScript: Strong proficiency in Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+). You understand the core language and DOM manipulation without relying on heavy frameworks for every task.

• Independent Problem Solver: You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities independently. You don’t wait for instructions; you identify areas for improvement in both the product and our process.

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience delivering high-quality production code.
