French, Dutch or German-speaking Customer Support specialist

As a customer support specialist on our team, you will:

- respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats in German, French or Dutch, depending on the language selected when the customer contacts the support team

- provide technical support to users of client's products

- treat customers with respect while adhering to company policies and procedures

Start date: More information will be provided in interview, but currently planned for January 2027

Salary: Depending on the language skills

Location: Work from office

To achieve good results in this role, you will need either German, French or Dutch langauge skills (C1 level) and very good knowledge of English (B2 level), both written and spoken. Proficiency in English will certainly help you learn the job and communicate with colleagues in other Nordic countries. Previous experience in a similar role would be appreciated, but if you don't have it, we will teach you everything you need to know!
