Job Description
- Organising daily cargo traffic between Finland and Estonia.
- Actively participating in the market via platforms and direct contacts with customers and partners.
- Cultivating cooperation with both new and existing carriers
- Monitoring the timeliness of collections and deliveries and providing unparalleled service levels
- Ensuring that financial results are met and KPIs are achieved
Requirements
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in road transport operations. Preferably with Finland
- In-depth knowledge of the transport market, major stakeholders and price levels
- Ability to build strong customer and partner relationships
- High efficiency in price negotiations
- Fluency in Estonian and advanced English skills. Russian or Finnish is a plus.
