Job Description
We're in search of a seasoned logistics professional who has a strong understanding of the road transport market and a proven ability to build and maintain solid customer relationships. If this aligns with your experience, take the chance and join our Tallinn team!
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinating the transportation of goods facilitated by the Sales Department by employing most efficient solutions
- Targeting and acquiring new customers
- Cultivating cooperation with both new and existing carriers
- Monitoring the timeliness of collections and deliveries and providing unparalleled service levels
- Ensuring that financial results are met and KPIs are achieved
Requirements
- Four years of relevant experience in road transport operations or sales
- In-depth knowledge of the transport market, major stakeholders and price levels
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- High efficiency in price negotiations
- Minimum requirement: Fluency in Estonian and advanced English skills. Russian is a plus
