Your tasks:
- Organising transport of goods provided by the Sales Department by finding the most efficient solution possible
- Targeting and obtaining new customers and providing them with unparalleled service levels
- Developing cooperation with new and existing carriers
- Monitoring the timeliness of collections and deliveries
- Ensuring that financial results are met and KPIs achieved
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in road transport operations or sales
- You have a thorough knowledge of the transport market and strong customer relationships
- You are a hustler, price negotiations are your daily bread and butter
- A fast paced environment is not something that puts you off
- Minimum requirement: Fluency in Estonian and good English skills. Russian language will be considered a plus
