Job Description

The ABESTOCK international team needs an addition! We are currently looking for an experienced



Main Goal of the Position:

To grow a profitable and long-term FMCG distribution business in the e-channel within the Baltic States.

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Marketing Management:

  • Take full responsibility for customers sales/purchase performance, products listing, pricing.
  • Manage marketing budget spending executing promo activities and presenting new products to the market.
  • Execute online merchandising, leveraging rich content provided by suppliers.

2. Supply Chain Management:

  • Monitor warehouse stock levels and ensure sufficient ongoing stock.
  • Drive supply chain synchronization between customers and suppliers via joint forecasting.
  • Cooperate with logistics partners to ensure efficient order flow.
  • 3. Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Monitor sales results and trends on category and customer levels.
  • Adapt sales strategy to market needs in cooperation with suppliers.

4. Supplier Relationships Management:

  • Serve as the main contact for suppliers on FMCG projects.
  • Present sales results and marketing budget executions at supplier business review meetings.

5. Client Relationships Management:

  • Organize and handle client meetings or joint business planning to improve customer relations and business processes.
  • Manage product returns, defective packaging, and customer claims.

6. Team Management:

  • Supervise e-commerce specialists’ work on technical tasks.
  • Ensure smooth work processes by clearly defining responsibilities.

7. Business Development

  • Extend client base and portfolio by making reasonable decisions in favour to AbeStock and supplier interests.


Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.

Working Experience:

  • E-commerce sales/marketing manager with experience in retail and/or wholesale.
  • Or graduate from economics/marketing/finance with high level of theoretical skills, intelligence and motivation.
  • Or commercial/sales manager with experience in traditional trade.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent written and spoken proficiency in Estonian and English is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Russian is advantageous.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is required, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint.

Personal Skills:

  • Demonstrates a strong internal drive and motivation to excel in the role.
  • Takes initiative and proactively seeks opportunities for self-improvement and professional growth.
  • Independent and capable of working autonomously.
