• Handling customer queries by phone and e-mail
  
• Making flight reservations, bookings and/or changes
  
• Providing information about the airlines rules and regulations
  
• Handling complaints

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian, verbal and writing
  
• Fluent in English, verbal and writing
  
• Very accurate and attention to detail
  
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  
• Ability to work in a team

Additional information
