The candidates we are looking for have excellent communication and listening skills, are exceptional problem solvers and like to help people. Customer service specialists answer customer´s questions and take care of customer complaints with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.
The main tasks are:
• Customer support for the technical questions
• Providing technical support to both private and corporate clients
• Servicing by phone and mail

Requirements
Good Finnish language skills, including writing;
Technical skill (mostly regarding routers and switches)
Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills);
Positive attitude;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office;
General hardware and software knowledge;
Ability to obtain, verify, evaluate work assignments and provide necessary information for client;
Good English language skills;
Knowledge of Estonian/Russian will be considered as an advantage
