Finnish Speaking Specialist (Part-time)

As a GBS HR Specialist you will have the opportunity to:
• Support our HR colleagues with recruitment related topics, such as job ad drafting, publishing, candidate screening, interview scheduling and much more
• Solve incoming questions and tasks in our ticketing tool
• Enter data into different HR systems
• Advise managers, employees and other colleagues with the help of relevant manuals
• Compile reports from different systems
• Follow defined Customer and Service Level Agreement standards

You are exactly who we are looking for if you are:
• Proficient in Finnish and English in both speech and writing
• An excellent computer user, with good MS Excel skills
• Proactive and good at problem solving
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Looking for 50% part-time work for a temporary period
