
Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- First level IT support to B2B customers via phone, e-mail, chat and other channels.
- Identifying and solving problems related to software and hardware.
- Guiding customers on ICT processes and applications.
- Handling and documenting incoming incidents or requests.
Requirements
We expect you to have
- Good Finnish and English language skills.
- Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office tools and different Internet Browsers.
- Interest to develop and grow in the IT field.
- High school or vocational education degree.
