  • Managing Bondora’s customers' journey to ensure their happiness and satisfaction with our products and customer service.
  • Continually assessing, documenting, and analyzing our processes and proposing ideas.
  • Actively participating in debt recovery processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.
