FINNISH SPEAKING AGENT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

The main goal of the position is to provide the first line support (solving problems, provide guidance and training) for our partners selling gases in Finnish retail market. Furthermore, in this position you will fulfil duties related to cylinder delivery and equipment supply processes, as well manage daily SAP error logs and complaint orders. In addition, you will place delivery notes to the system and reject incorrect orders. You will be a part of a team supporting local retail agents in the Finnish market and be in contact with Linde’s local units within Nordic and Baltic countries.
