Your main responsibilities will be:

Advising customers by phone and in writing (email/chat);

Assisting customers in various situations and finding solutions;

Communicating clear and accurate information in Finnish, English and Estonian;

Understanding customer needs and creating a positive experience in every interaction;

Working together with the team to achieve the best results.

- You are able to work on a shift schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00;
