FINNISH Customer Support Specialist

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Advising customers by phone and in writing (email/chat);

• Assisting customers in various situations and finding solutions;

• Communicating clear and accurate information in Estonian, English, and Russian;

• Understanding customer needs and creating a positive experience in every interaction;

• Working together with the team to achieve the best results.

• You are able to work on a shift schedule: Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00;
