Finnish Customer Support Representative

Join us as a Customer Support Specialist!

In this position, you will work with customer service in writing (emails) and orally (by phone) to help solve issues related to transfers, payments and financial data. You will have the chance to give the best customer support possible! You will demonstrate concern to the company’s customers on a daily basis, contribute to a dynamic team and seek the project's success together. Work for NETS, one of Europe’s most innovative, modern, and fastest-growing digital finance and payment solutions companies.

What we are looking for:

• You can write and speak in Finnish (at least C1 level)
• You can write and speak in English (at least B2 level)
• Good computer skills
• Correct and fast work with numbers
• You prioritize customers, always willing and wanting to solve their problems
• You want to give the best customer experience and are good with receiving feedback and constantly improve yourself
• Someone who is available on 24th of April 2023!
