• Preparing budgets and tracking, reporting and analyzing budget variances
• Ensuring accuracy of teh financial statements, including consolidated reports
• Ensuring compliance with regulators
• Preparing accurate month-end reports for management, including P/L, balance sheets, cash flow and net own funds
• Recommending changes to improve financial performance
• Overseeing the audits, also including investment funds audits managed by the Business
• Overseeing VAT Returns
• Support to the legal function with respect to Company AGM's end EGM's
• Communication with accountants in Estonia and Luxembourg
• Assistance in ad hoc duties assigned

• Ideally, 5 years+ of work experience
• Prior experience in the similar role in teh Finance sector either in the Fund management industry, Administrator or Audit firm is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English
• Good verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Assertive, ability to influence and deal with third parties
• Good analytical and investigation skills
• Good planning and organizational ability
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, statistics, mathematics
• Good excel and quantative analysis skills, knowledge of financial products
