Financial controller

Womith OÜ is a small tech services company currently relocating to Tallinn Estonia. We are in need of a person with strong knowledge and work experience in international finance and tax to handle all things finance. The work is often varied but mostly focused incEstonia, Europe, North America, South America and the Caribbean.

Your responsibilities 

• Daily organisation and execution of current accounting
• Preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports
• Tax accounting and reporting
• Payroll and reporting
• Bank transactions and cash flow planning
• Manage international financial service providers as required
• Strategic international financial planning

• 5 years work experience in accounting, 2 of which international in nature
• 2 years international tax reporting experience
• Higher education in accounting / finance
• Fluent in both Estonian and English 
• Good analytical ability
• Accurate, systematic approach to work
• Conscientiousness, honesty and loyalty
• Strong knowledge of EU tax laws and legislation regulating accounting
• Prior experience in the tech sector is a plus
