Effective Management of all financial tasks, budgeting and accounting:
Develop and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with all internal and statutory requirements.
Preparation of Budgets, Forecasts and Cash Flows.
Provide variance analysis versus the budget and trend analysis.
Supervision and management of FG & Material Warehouse.
Oversee maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes.
Preparation monthly consolidate P&L and Balance Sheet.
Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.
Oversee Payroll process, VAT returns.
Coordinate and assist in internal and external audit preparation and ensure timely completion of annual financial accounts and corporate tax returns.
Previous experience in financial field.
Economic or financial higher education.
Ability to prepare Balance Sheet.
Good knowledge of Estonian and English.
