FINANCIAL ASSISTANT

We’re looking for a financial assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in the company by managing day-to-day activities, handling payments and reading and writing reports. You'll liaise with other team members, including interacting with managers, present findings to stakeholders, train new employees and track staff performance.

Your responsibilities:
• Handle daily payments (Partner/Supply/Salary/Rent/etc).
• Handle emails (Partner/Affiliates/Processing/Bank/etc).
• Handle customer refunds/order adjustments.
• Directly communicate with our accounts/finance team.
• Directly communicate with our management team.

Requirements:
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a financial role.
• You are highly organized.
• You have the ability to navigate complex situations and personalities.
• You are adaptable and are committed to the highest standard of integrity.
• You have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted organization.
• You are a team player.
• You are a self-starter and work well within a team environment.
• You have a strong desire to succeed and grow, and have an aptitude for learning.

• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• You have strong analytical skills and are agile with numbers.
