Field Supervisor Fragrances Travel Retail

A fast-paced, collaborative environment of Baltic ferries is in what you work. For one of the global powerhouses in fragrances you will be responsible for the on-board sales in the Baltic sea, between Sweden, Finland and Estonia. Administrative tasks will be solved out of your home-office workspace.

Sell-out:
Be the regular contact person for the shipping companies management of cruiseferries and for your Key Account Managers abroad. Spot influencing factors and suggest arrangements and actions to positively influence sell-out.

Beauty Consultants/Beauty Advisors:
Motivate and lead a team of sales assistants. Select suitable candidates to be added to your BC team.

Trainings:
Attend brand-trainings and workshops. Organize as well as execute yourself, brand trainings and workshops.

Merchandising:
Get the applicable approvals of retailers and monitor merchandising activities on-site. Ensure proper display of the products at the point-of-sale with regards to existing merchandising guidelines established by the brands.

Promotions:
Act as an interface between retailer and hostesses/hostess agencies during promotional activities.

Your Profile
Field Supervising experience in Travel Retail
Background in sales, distribution and customer relations
Perfume & Cosmetics know-how
Ideally working experience with Tallink or Viking
Good level of English mandatory
Result-oriented thinking
High working ethics
Willingness to travel (50% on-board)
Analytical reporting skills
Highly self-organized
Microsoft Office skills
Ideally based in Tallinn
