Field Service Technician (Electrician)

Job Description

Tasks
 You will be climbing the turbines on a daily basis.
 Ensure completion of all maintenance schedules and safety rules on time.
 Carry out the maintenance & repairs of the turbines when instructed.
 Installation and retrofitting of key electrical components.
 Fault finding and reporting on electrical equipment.
 Carry out risk assessments and method statements when and
where necessary.
 Ensure that there is good communication with the service dispatch coordinator and all issues are reported promptly for rectification.
 Adhere to all relevant health and safety requirements.
 Ensure there is full coverage and support for weekend working and
cover which includes providing on-call cover based on rotating shift schedule when required.
 When and where necessary, travel to sites throughout Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and possibly elsewhere in Europe.

Please be aware the role will involve short periods of time staying away from home.

Requirements

Skills
 College / non-university level degree in electrical engineering or electronics.
 At least basic knowledge in English language (as a must).
 A valid driving license category B is essential.
 Highly health and Safety conscious.
 Ability to fault find and report on electrical issues.
 Physically fit and comfortable with heights.
 A team player, flexible and resourceful individual who is willing to travel is required for our team(s).
 Experience in similar job positions/industries is an advantage.
