Job Description
- Facility management of our property and leased premises (repairs, warranty, inventory management, cleaning and etc.).
- Optimization of costs and processes.
- Taking care of the preventative measures to ensure smooth operation of our stores.
- Budget planning and team management.
Requirements
- Higher education and at least 3 years of working experience as a Facility Manager and technical background.
- Very good knowledge of Estonian and English.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical installations, cooling or freezing systems.
- You can work independently and in a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- You want to develop yourself and be responsible for a small team.
- Willingness to have a training for 1-2 months abroad.
