Job Description

• Organization and operational handling of repairs, servicing, cleaning, security services, relocations and managing the keys for all company properties.
• Working with reports and deriving cost optimization measures, budget planning.
• Participate in inviting tenders for supply agreements and in implanting the purchase strategies.
• Defining and optimizing processes (faults, commissioning, inventory management, pest control, etc.).
• Data preparation and administration (with existing systems).

Requirements

• Higher education.
• At least four years of professional experience in related field and project management experience.
• Fluent command of Estonian, Russian and English or German language.
• Good understanding of complex situations and processes, capability of adapting to changing situations, as well as ability to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Performance-orientated mindset, quality awareness, strong organization and communication skills.
• B-category driver’s license.
• Mobility for training abroad.
