THE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will hold a first level higher education in the field and have at least two years’ experience in a similar technical/maintenance and/or engineering position. A good MS Office operating knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of CAD will be considered as an advantage. The candidate should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer focused attitude, possess a valid driving license. Premier Restaurants Baltics, the operator of 42 McDonald’s restaurants, is seeking to recruit a Facility and Maintenance coordinator to support the Development Department and restaurants in their daily operations.Based in Latvia and reporting to the Development Manager, the Facility and Maintenance coordinatorwill be accountable for support and coordination in performing small scale Capex tasks and preventive maintenance of restaurant assets and facilities to ensure smooth operation and achievement of business goals.The Facilities and Maintenance coordinator is also responsible for supporting in carrying out the restaurants’ repair and maintenance requirements, compliance with all legal requirements, by monitoring of the day-to-day business action in the restaurants.
