What are the goals and responsibilities of an Experimentation Program Manager?
You will take responsibility for setting up and managing experimentation programs and ensuring continuous A/B testing on our client's websites. This will be done by enabling user experience personalization on eCommerce sites, planning and implementing eCommerce website optimization programs, and fostering close collaboration with Developers, Data Analysts, UI designers, and Project Managers.
Working closely with business and eCommerce managers your main goal will be to understand client's needs and deliver the best experience to online customers, This will be done by identifying the pain points and delivering innovative experimenting programs to test best practices and implement the winning idea.
By collecting qualitative and quantitative data you will identify the best approaches to improve customer experience online. The position requires outstanding communication skills, data-driven mindset, and in-depth program and project management capabilities. Additionally, excellent presentation skills will be needed to be able to communicate results to the mainstream audience.
What do we expect from an Experimentation Program Manager?
Previous work experience in CRO, UX Design, Customer Experience, A/B Testing, or eCommerce fields and confident written and spoken English skills are mandatory . Additionally, we expect you to have these requirements:
- Experience in A/B testing.
- Confident skills in using Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in web data analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to interact comfortably with clients and explain collected data to mainstream audiences.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.

Previous experience with a hands-on approach will prove beneficial when running a user experience optimization program.
