Job Description

Work description:
• organization of the movement of information (telephone, e-mail, post, internal information);
• management of documentation and correspondence;
• translation (German; English)
• active participation in personnel matters
• preparation of documents and materials necessary for management (official letters, reports, etc.);
• organization of receptions for clients and business partners;
• identification, ordering and accounting of office goods and stationery;
• assistance to the team and management in solving various current problems
• ensure smooth day-to-day office work
• readiness for business trips (the workplace is in Germany)

Requirements

Requirements:
• fluency in German; English- and Russian language;
• professional education or previous work experience (administrative work; assistance; secretary; office manager; manager assistant )
• good in use of MS Office software (Excel)
• precision, accuracy, focus on details
• friendliness and a positive attitude to life
• honesty and integrity
• driving licenses
