Job Description

About us:Teras Beach is the most unique indoor beach. Warm white sand, +26 degrees warmth, beach bar and saunas create the world’s best indoor beach concept. Our main business consists of beach events and sports. Nordic Beach OÜ is a growing company and concept that has strong targets in Baltic’s and Nordics.

As a company we have been doing event and sports business for over 10 years. Our company has 2 indoor and 1 outdoor locations in Helsinki. In Tallinn we operate one indoor and one outdoor location.

What are we looking for:
We are looking for a event producer to join the Teras Beach Team. In this role, you are in charge of planning and producing unique and unforgettable beach events for our clients. Other key tasks are customer communication, new co-operation market search and on-site production, event hosting, customer service and bar work.

As event business does not follow the normal office hours and for that reason we are looking for a person who can work flexibly also during evenings and weekends. Our production team works also in Finland so possibility to travel for projects is seen as a plus.



Requirements

From you we expect: 

  • Experience from event production and working with events 
  • Self-initiated in taking tasks and handling productions
  • Positive attitude towards sales
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Possibility to work long days during events

We see as a plus:

  • If you have experience from working in an event marketing agency or as an event producer 
  • You have understanding from tecnical production
