Job Description

  • Planning, organizing and meticulously executing high-quality events to our VIP customers.
  • Working closely with Bombay stakeholders, to understand their needs, setting objectives and ensuring that all event details align with their expectations.
  • Taking full ownership of the event from planning to execution.
  • Collating guest lists and coordinating with internal teams for logistics and guest profile management using CRM systems.
  • Creating event timelines and schedules, and communicating them to all parties involved.
  • Providing onsite coordination and support during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any and all issues that may arise.
  • Conducting post-event evaluations to gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Managing event budgets and expenses, tracking costs precisely as a whole, by department and by invited guest.
  • Understanding the experience Bombay offers and ensuring that operational processes allow the seamless movement of clients within the Bombay ecosystem.


  • Experience in leading and executing successful events, managing budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Being strongly customer-focused, prioritizing a personal approach to fulfil each client's needs and surpass their expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
  • Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to execute outstanding events for high-net-worth individuals up to the highest Bombay standards.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly in high-stress situations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays (time in lieu will be granted).
  • Willingness to travel when required.


  • Previous experience organizing high-caliber events for VIPs.
  • Previous experience organizing events for 100+ participants.
  • Experience working with JIRA.
