Estonian-Russian-English Customer Service Representative (work from home option) (M/F/D)

Transcom Estonia is currently seeking a skilled Estonian-English-Russian Customer Service Representative to join our team.

• Start work full-time; 
• A mandatory 3-week training at our office in Tallinn, Pärnu mnt 160 D ( Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30), where you will gain a full understanding of the job specifics; 
• After training, work is based in the office (Pärnu mnt 160D), with hybrid or remote options available within Estonia;

In this role, you will:

• Represent multiple client companies and provide professional support across a variety of customer inquiries;
• Handle incoming calls and ensure a high-quality customer experience while assisting customers with different services and solutions. 

• Intermediate Estonian, Russian and English language skills (for all 3 languages must be at least B2 level);
• Multi-tasking capabilities;
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience;
• Availability to work evening, night and weekend shifts.
