Job Description
* Develop and implement environmental and sustainability strategies
* Conduct assessments to identify environmental risks and drive continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and interested parties expectations
* Maintain and enhance Environmental Management Systems and drive environmental projects
(e.g. carbon footprint)
* Monitor data, analyze performance, and prepare reports
* Be a member of the dynamic QMS team

Requirements
* Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
* At least one year experience in a similar position
* Strong knowledge of EMS (e.g., ISO 14001) and ESG principles
* Proficiency in data analysis and project management
* Passion and commitment to make a difference in the environmental and sustainability field
* Fluent in Estonian and English; Russian is a benefit
