Equities & Fund Business Product Owner

Equities & Fund Business Product Owner is a rare combination of ownership, leadership, and impact. Responsibility for key investment product area within a leading institution and opportunity to shape and modernize investment services. You will have a possibility to build and develop a high performing team and make an impact on customer financial wellbeing through a strong product offering across three Baltic countries.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Defining and improving target product portfolio that meets our customer needs;

• Own end to product lifecycle, by identifying opportunities and requirements to improve performance and manage lifecycle decisions;

• Ensure quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across equities & funds product line;

• Establish and own product development roadmaps;

• Own relationships with internal stakeholders in the client organisations and external vendors, service providers;

• Build and lead a team of highly motivated product area specialists.

• 5 years of experience in investment products and leadership positions;

• Solid understanding how investment products are manufactured, distributed, and managed;

• Experience in product ownership or similar role in financial services;

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, business needs, and trends;

• Ability to operate and understand business and modern investments infrastructure;

• Strong analytical and project management skills;

• High education degree in business, finances or similar;

• Language skills: one of Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and fluent English written and oral.
