 Your mission

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the cutting-edge world of fuel cell technology? We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead the end-to-end procurement of CAPEX equipment, essential parts, and services, with a primary focus on our bespoke fuel cell and stack manufacturing process equipment.

Your tasks

  • Source, select, and prequalify new equipment manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring top-tier quality and reliability.
  • Provide supply chain support for R&D and industrialization projects, optimizing processes and timelines.
  • Conduct technical and economical competitive tenders, delivering comprehensive reports and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare purchase orders and agreements, ensuring seamless transactions and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage spare parts and service agreements, guaranteeing operational continuity and efficiency.
  • Oversee contract execution, from engineering to final handover, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Handle after-sale support, including warranty calls and claims management.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in economic software, monitoring purchase orders, prices, quantities, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate transport logistics and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
  • Manage supplier non-conformities and contribute to payment plans and cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial records, including invoice confirmation and inventory management.
  • Monitor key procurement metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Your profile

  • University degree in Engineering or related field preferred, or technical/economic secondary education with relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in procurement and contract management, ideally within innovative industrial projects.
  • Experience with factory construction and start-up, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with production technology and manufacturing equipment, including testing and commissioning phases.
  • Strong change management skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • International experience preferred, with a knack for developing global supply chains.
