English speaking Accountant/ Inglise keelt kõnelev raamatupidaja

Main responsibilities:
1. Ensure all addCar companies and locations are operating according required Financial standards:
a. Monthly and annual accounting for addCar companies in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland
b. Monthly and annual reporting of addCar companies to financial partners, management and to entities legally required
c. Timely payment of bills and salaries
d. All invoices are sent out timely and to ensure prompt payment
e. Cash and account management
f. Communication with accounting companies in each location
2. To make monthly follow up of budget
3. To prepare monthly management reports including Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow, utilization of the cars, profitability by car type and location and any other request by management
4. To manage quarterly preparation of consolidated P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet for AddCar International OÜ
5. To manage the reporting and communication to Franchise partners
6. Continuous development of Financial reporting and performance of AddCar companies

Requirements for the candidate:
- Fluent English language
- Good knowledge of PC and Directo accounting software
- Previous working experience as accountant
