
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full life cycle of projects: planning, design, preparation, installation, commissioning, and implementation
- Identify optimal engineering solutions in cooperation with suppliers and Neo Group experts
- Evaluate project efficiency (time, budget, environmental impact, and resource use).
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor execution
- Maintain strong communication and coordination between internal and external project stakeholders
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment at every stage.
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Degree in civil, electrical, mechanical, industrial or chemical engineering
- Proven experience in managing engineering or industrial projects
- Good understanding of both technical and financial aspects of project execution
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Russian (Estonian is an advantage).
