Job Description

  • The Employer Branding Specialist (EBS) is responsible for amplifying the employer brand through creating events and experiences, coordination of PR activities, social media tools, conversation online and communication. These are all important tasks for the EBS showcasing Transcom as an attractive employer internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Previous experience Marketing, Employer Branding, Social Media, Journalism or similar
  • Fluent English (oral and written B2 level)
  • Digital mindset, proactivity, creativity
  • Good planning, coordinating and problem solving skills
  • University diploma or degree in Marketing related field would be an advantage
