Welcome to Hashrate Labs!
We are an international startup working with digital social network platforms and with cryptocurrency platforms.

Your tasks + Job description:

- Performing general administrative tasks such as handling, drafting and typing email correspondence and fielding calls (office) mainly in English, in Estonian and ideally in Russian as well.

- Tasks connected to accounting and bookkeeping

- Assisting in customer care and client or users onboarding while taking into account KYC requirements

- Assisting in a variety of tasks in an international project representing Hashrate Labs in Estonia

- Translations of written texts and emails into English (possibly into Russian as well)

Requirements

- Maintaining and promoting a positive and professional working relationship also when receiving instructions through online communication

- Professionalism representing the company

- Self-motivation and initiative

- Strong organizational/communication skills

- Fluency in English.

BONUS POINTS (which are not requirements):
> You are fluent in Russian and you could translate texts into Russian, if needed.
> You have already gained experience in know-your-customer (KYC) and money laundering prevention (AML).
> Business administration programs / or secretarial programs / or comparable qualification / or office administrator work experience / or similar work experiences.
> Professional experience in customer service.
> Interest in the world of social networking and/or cryptocurrencies.
