Electronics product engineer

Introduction and implementation of new electronics surface mount products in cooperation with project and production team (NPI-New product introduction).
Coordination and information exchange between project team and Tallinn production unit.
Coordination of prototypes and builds.
Analysis of problems encountered by prototyping and feedback to project team and suppliers.
Analysis and improvement of technical and quality problems, both during implementation of PCBAs and serial production.
Participation in preparation and updating of work instructions and process related documenattion.
Participation in development, introduction and continuous improvement of production methods.

Interest in manufacturing, electronics and work in international environment.
Abilities to solve technical issues.
Russian language skill in communication level and English language skill (incl. technical) – speaking and writing.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Responsible and percise person.
Technical higher or vocationary education.

Preferred skills/Experience:
Previous work experience as manufacturing or electronics engineer/technician.
Experience with CAD/CAM programs.
Previous work experience in handling Gerber files.
Knowledge of IPC standards.
