Job Description
- Working out and updating production process and product specific work instructions
- Electronics production machinery programming & program tuning
- Introduction and implementation of new electronics surface mount products in cooperation with Project (R&D) and Manufacturing teams (NPI)
- Analysis of technical and quality problems and improvement actions both at the time of new product implementation and series production
- Work and analysis of problems encountered by manufacturing teams and feedback reporting
- Participating in the development, instructing personnel and continuous improvement of production methods
Requirements
- Interest in manufacturing, electronics and for work in the international environment
- Abilities to solve technical issues
- English language skill (incl. technical, both speaking/writing), communication skills in Russian
- Can work both independently and in a team
- Committed, responsible and punctual in daily operations
- Technical higher or vocational education
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous work experience in manufacturing as electronics engineer or SMT process engineer, Experience with CAD/CAM programs, previous work experience in handling Gerber files, knowledge of IPC standards
