The engineer will be responsible for managing PCB design from giving input on deciding product parameters to soldering prototype boards and testing them. Further responsibilities include choosing components, supporting certification process. Senior engineer will manage the whole electronics team.
Main responsibilities:
1. Giving input for deciding generator electrical parameters.
2. Select suitable schematic topologies for use cases.
3. Design schematics based on selected parameters.
4. Choose best components for optimal cost and best reliability.
5. Create PCB layouts for easy manufacturing.
6. Assemble first prototype boards to check layout correctness.
7. Thorough testing of boards.
8. Support certification process for quick release of new products to new markets.
1. Min. 2 years of experience in electronics development or higher education in electronics or electrical engineering.
2. Experience in PCB design (from schematic to soldering), namely in analogue and digital electronics, embedded systems, electronics troubleshooting.
3. Senior position candidate should have some experience in designing power electronic circuits (over 100W devices).
4. Understanding of PCB development and manufacturing workflow.
5. Experience in product development, good teamwork capabilities.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Willing to relocate to Tallinn, Estonia.
8. Patient and precise.
