Summary:
- E-Commerce Specialist main goal is to administrate and manage electrical appliances sales in the e-channel pan-Baltic B2B & B2C.
- E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management, analysis, coordination and warehouse fulfillment and planning warehouse procedures to ensure that E-commerce operations are trouble-free. This involves overseeing inventory management, monitoring the impact to the stock movement, and troubleshooting issues.
Primary Responsibilities
- Be the primary interface with retailers and suppliers regarding order processing, fulfillment, delivery, and inquiries for eCommerce sales channel
- Daily process and monitor orders through monitoring automated systems and manual data entry
- Work closely with Director, eCommerce to onboard and establish internal and external systems for sales channel
- Coordinate closely with supply chain on the fulfillment of B2C and B2B order fulfillment and shipments
- Co-operate closely with suppliers, planning and executing agreed on-line sales activities, reporting on the progress according to agreed scorecard, requesting resources for planned activities
- Managing, tracing, analysing and reporting products content (CARS etc)
- Efficiently organize tasks/projects and follow-up with internal and external resources to ensure all details are completed in a timely manner
Requirements

You Have:
- Experience in eCommerce
- wholesale/retail experience with planning and executing sales & marketing activities is an advantage
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines, often in parallel
- Good administration abilities
- Strong technical skills, and a willingness to quickly adopt new skills
- Experience with and/or hunger to learn in process XML and API connectivity’s, stay up to date with recent trends and know-how in fast changing e-commerce business environment
- A service-oriented, can-do attitude: you are able to stay enthusiastic, positive and focused on go-forward strategy
- Independent, responsible with understanding of good business ethics, being able to work under stress
- Degree preferred, but not required
- Estonian and English languages – fluent written and spoken
- Russian language – is an advantage
