Product activities:

Development of existing and new product in Finland and Scandinavia
Monitoring price level of our products in comparison to our competitors
Design of new itineraries around Finland and Scandinavia
Keeping contracts with suppliers up to date. Searching for better suppliers in particular region (if necessary)
Negotiation of prices with suppliers (hotels, transportation companies, sightseeing places etc)
Close collaboration with our sales department. Keeping them informed about our partner preferences, problems in our work etc.

Marketing activities:
 
Finding new channels to sell our products
Participation in major Travel Fairs such as WTM, ATM, NTW and smaller scale workshops related to our destinations
Close collaboration with tourism boards of Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark
Sales calls to our existing clients in order to keep close business tights, monitoring and solving problems, marketing new products to them etc.
Sales calls to potential buyers  
Arranging business breakfasts and office runs at particular markets (preferred markets atm are USA, GCC, Russian speaking markets)

Language skills: English and Russian is a must, Finnish is an advantage
Knowledge of travel business processes from inside. Knowledge of the Northern European travel markets and products is a plus.
