Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager you are responsible for leading and developing the digital Multichannel Customer Engagement strategic plans as well as to deliver the execution. You are the digital expert in the Commercial Excellence unit, cooperating cross-functionally with all departments (Marketing- Medical- Sales - PA – L&C- Finance).

Multichannel Customer Engagement refers to the innovative digital platforms driving scientific knowledge and promotional material exchange used to engage with customers in an agile and flexible way.Your main accountabilities will be:

  • In line with the general Marketing strategy and brand plans provide to the Business Units a digital multichannel approach to develop and implement disease awareness campaigns, product campaigns and HCP activation campaigns as well as evaluating the Business impact of digital campaigns and conducted customer journeys;
  • Establish the connected and NN owned MCE ecosystem that will enable orchestrated communication toward HCPs, enable the Business Unit to build MCE strategy from customer engagement planning to execution of customer journeys, providing guidance, content and actionable insights including obtaining the data behind each channel;
  • Prepare and run more orchestrated customer journeys with more personalised communication, enabling them to use more digital channels in order to expand the business, increase SoV with increasing the reach, frequency and effectiveness in customer engagement touchpoints on targeted and non-targeted HCPs, evolve in the depth of engagement, accelerate MCE capabilities including campaign management and MCE Analytics dashboard;
  • Internal communication of marketing initiatives and activation plans, expectations, follow-up on performance and execution of tactics and activities through digital channels;
  • Customer journeys designed to fit specific segment criteria (such as channel and content preferences) and is executed by utilizing cross-channel engagement, and improve and leverage broad customer segmentation based on parameters such as customer behaviours, field and non-field channel, content preference, adoption ladder and develop new microsegments for MCE activities;

Requirements

 To be successful in this role, the candidate must hold a University Degree in life sciences and have at least 1-2 years of experience in (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Business or other relevant discipline. Postgraduate marketing qualification is advantage. Good IT knowledge is a must.To be effective in this role, it is mandatory to have:

  • Good IT knowledge;
  • Experience in multichannel engagement;
  • A thorough understanding of pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical market, HCPs and patients;
  • Ability to recognise and understand future trends in digital marketing;
  • Experience in data-driven decision making and developing digital KPIs;
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking;
  • Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in a timely manner;
  • To be a team player with a strong degree of independence;
  • Business driven, innovative, creative and out-of-the-box thinker;
  • Fluency in Estonian and English is an absolute must.
