Digital Analyst

Are you a true generalist who can code, analyze, visualize and present findings?In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Lead initiatives focused on analytics implementation, customization, and automation of data collection processes;
• Build, maintain and develop digital channels reports and dashboards for stakeholders;
• Dig in data and help organization make factual based decisions;
• Cooperate with project teams across Bank on various developments, evangelizing data-driven way of working;
• Help organization implement new digital analytics tools, guide stakeholders as they use them, run trainings;
• Recommend processes for integrating platforms, ensuring free flow data between systems.

• Logical thinking and business-minded interpretation skills;
• Knowledge of Online Sales Funnel and User Experience design;
• Quick adaptation into a team of technical analysts working on data framework implementations using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch;
• Ability to write custom scripting, JavaScript, jQuery or other coding languages and use tag management tools to accommodate custom tracking requirements;
• Basic skills to develop and perform code modifications, testing and deployment where appropriate using IDE (IntelliJ, etc) and following version control usage principles in an Agile workstream;
• Exceptional data visualization skills to transform complex data into simple narrative;
• Foundational knowledge of Big Query, SQL, Python, PowerBI, Looker;
• Strong communication skills and capability to inspire and convince colleagues in English and in a local market language (EE/LV/LT).
